NL64 Weekly Round Up

NL64 Weekly Round Up

👮 This Week on the NL64 Beat

Well, the boots have had plenty of use this week! 👣

I've been out and about across Shepshed, Hathern, Thorpe Acre and Dishley, focusing on our three local priorities:

🛒 Theft
Regular patrols of shops and retail areas have been carried out, checking in with businesses and helping to keep would-be thieves guessing.

🏍️ ASB & Nuisance Bikes
Patrols have taken place in hotspot locations, gathering intelligence and keeping an eye out for those causing anti-social behaviour on bikes.

🚨 Drug Dealing & Drug-Related Activity
I've continued to gather information from residents and carry out patrols in areas of concern as we work to tackle drug-related issues across the beat.

🏫 School finishing times have also been on the agenda, with patrols around local schools to provide reassurance, engage with young people and help keep things running smoothly.

☕ A big thank you to everyone who stopped for a chat while I was out on foot patrol. Whether it's sharing local concerns, passing on information, or simply saying hello, your support helps shape where we focus our efforts.

Have a great weekend and stay safe.
